We share information strictly on a need-to-know basis with: (a) vetted counterparties you have asked us to introduce you to, under NDA; (b) our Dutch principals (Global Center for Entrepreneurship, NL; Your Tech Supplier B.V., NL) where the relationship requires; (c) professional advisors (accountants, lawyers, insurers) bound by confidentiality; (d) service providers (Proton, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Xero, Cloudflare) under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal information.
Some processors are located outside South Africa (EU, US). We rely on Section 72 POPIA safeguards — Standard Contractual Clauses, adequate-country decisions, or your explicit consent.
Intake data: engagement duration + 5 years for record-keeping. Financial records: 7 years (SARS). Correspondence: 5 years. Anything longer is anonymised or deleted.

We do not intentionally collect special personal information (race, health, biometrics, political affiliation, etc.). If you volunteer such information in an open text field, it is deleted on receipt unless it is directly relevant to your request and you have expressly consented.
